Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces Lulu’s Inn sold the commercial space to JM Colorado Investments, LLC. The retail-restaurant is located at 33355 E Hwy 36, Watkins, CO. The commercial space is approximately 7,000 SF and the restaurant offers a country atmosphere with American fare. The venue also hosts private events and live music on the weekends.
