Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of 333 Bannock St, Suite 320, Englewood, CO to Audrey Garber MFR. The 1,226 SF retail space focuses on craniosacral therapy, myofascial release and massage. Chris Lindgren, Associate Broker, assisted Audrey Garber with Tenant Representation.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of 3852 Norwood Drive, Unit 2, Littleton, to Maxam Vending. The space occupies 3,000 SF. Jason Startari, Associate Broker, assisted Maxam Vending with Tenant Representation.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of two commercial spaces to Nuvia Dental. Nuvia Dental leas ed a new lab space of 1,193 SF located at 6037 S. Fort Apache Rd, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV. The second space, located at 525 Oak Centre Drive, San Antonio, TX, is for a Nuvia Dental Implant Center,  which will use the space for a reconstruction outpatient facility. This will be their 3rd lab and  9th implant center in the country. Principal & Managing Broker Phil Kubat represented Nuvia Dental as their National Tenant Representative.

Transworld Commercial real estate announces the sale of Beso de Arte, a historic property located at 102 Mar ket Street in downtown Morrison.  Hungry Goat Properties – an affiliate of well-known Virgilio’s Pizzeria & Wine Bar in Ken Caryl – purchased the real estate, equipment, and business from Aqua Lounge Hospitality Group for $1,500,000. The property includes an existing restaurant and adjacent retail space totaling 4,242 SF. A new restaurant concept has not yet been announced.  Jason Startari, Associate Broker, represented the seller in this transaction.
