Denver, CO, United States (March 17, 2022) –

DENVER MARKET 

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of commercial retail space by Taste of Philly. The new 2,295 SF space is located at 16603 Washington St, Thornton, CO. The restaurant chain serves Philadelphia favorites that feature authentic East Coast flavors like the infamous Philly Cheesesteak, hoagies, grinders, gyros, Reubens, chicken parm, and meatball sandwiches – just to name a few. This eatery has been so well received that they plan to open a few more locations in the Denver market in 2022. Commercial Broker Chris Lindgren represented Taste of Philly in this transaction.  

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of commercial retail space by Air Academy Federal Credit Union. The financial business will occupy 2,001 SF and is located at 1867 S. Quebec St, Suite D, Highlands Ranch, CO. The Denver suburb of Highlands Ranch is home to nearly 100,000 residents, as well as restaurants, shops, and over 50 miles of trails. Principal and Managing Broker, Phil Kubat, represented the landlord in this transaction. 

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of industrial commercial space located at 11575 W 13th Ave, Lakewood, CO. The real estate sold for $700,000. Chris Cantwell, Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors, and Jason Startari, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate worked together to represent the seller in the transaction. Alex Dvorak, Business Broker with Transworld Business Advisors, represented the buyer.  

GEORGIA MARKET 

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of commercial space by Nuvia Dental in Marietta, GA. The new center will occupy 4,057 SF and is located at 3020 Roswell Rd. This location will be the 10th center in the country. Nuvia Dental currently has a presence in six states: Colorado, Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, and now Georgia. Principal & Managing Broker Phil Kubat represented Nuvia Dental as their National Tenant Representative. 

TEXAS MARKET 

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of commercial space by IDM Products at 1411 Flat Creek Rd. The manufacturing facility will occupy 72,695 SF. IDM Products manufactures the latest office supplies, furniture, and gadgets at discounted prices. IDM Products is a leading supplier of office supplies in over 30,000 items. John Torres and Myndee Allen represented IDM Products in this transaction.  

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of commercial space by Nuvia Dental in Austin, TX. The new center will occupy 4,125 SF and is located at 711 W 38th St, Suite E3-4. This location will be the 11th center in the country. Principal & Managing Broker Phil Kubat represented Nuvia Dental as their National Tenant Representative. 

ARIZONA MARKET  
Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of a third laboratory commercial space by Nuvia Dental Implant Center. The new lab space of 1,397 SF is located at 26232 North Tatum Boulevard, Phoenix, Arizona. The medical office buildings in this location are part of a commercial office complex known as Tatum Highlands Medical and Dental. This will be Nuvia’s third lab nationally, in addition to their nine implant reconstructive dental surgery centers.
