Meadowlark Commercial Properties plans to use space for Beauty Refined, their MedSpa skin treatment center. Coincidentally, they were previously leasing space in that same complex. The proud owners are beyond thrilled to be able to purchase space within their same general location. Chris Lingren and the new tenant were able to scoop up this space before it even hit the competitive market.
Annette Wychgram is the proud owner and lead Registered Nurse of Beauty Refined. Annette’s passion for the nursing profession led her to achieve the maximum certifications which include: MSN (Master of Science in Nursing), APRN ( Advanced Practice Registered Nurse), and NP-C (Certified Nurse Practitioner). She studied in Denver, and then attended Colorado State University and graduated with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing in 2008. She worked as a Medical Oncology Nurse at Swedish Medical Center in Denver. After several years as a Registered Nurse she decided to pursue her passion of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Regis University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program in 2013. Since obtaining her Nurse Practitioner degree, she has worked as a Hospitalist, Neurovascular, and Peripheral Vascular Nurse Practitioner, serving various hospitals in the Denver area. Today, her med spa offers services like Botox, fillers, sculptra, microneedling, laser treatments, hydrafacials, and more!
