Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the successful sublease of 407 Violet Street, Golden, CO.  Chris Lindgren, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, skillfully negotiated a 2-year sublease for this flex-space property while acting as a Sub-Landlord Representative to close this successful deal.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the successful closing of 11459 Unit B Frontage Road North, Wheat Ridge, CO. Chris Lindgren, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant while skillfully negotiating a 3-year lease renewal for this industrial space.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the successful closing of 1215 9th Street, Cañon City, CO.  Phil Kubat, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller on the transaction’s real estate. Mike Krieger, business broker with Transworld Business Advisors of Colorado, worked on the business side of the deal.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the successful closing of 60006 US Hwy 285, Bailey, CO. This 2,974 SF mixed-use location was sold for $800,000. Jason Startari, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in this deal.
