COLORADO MARKET

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the procurement of a successful office lease at 5200 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, for their tenant operating as an attorney firm.  This location was secured on a five-year lease for 2,015 SF at an excellent market rate. Phil Kubat and Troy Skaggs, Commercial Brokers with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Transworld Commercial Real Estate announces the successful lease of 6879 S Vine Street, Centennial, CO 80122 (The Streets at Southglenn Shopping Center).  The 2,706 SF retail space was leased on a ten-year term at an excellent market rate for a Korean Dessert Cafe. Jason Startari, Commercial Broker with Transworld Commercial Real Estate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

This location was leased on a ten-year lease for 9,358 SF at an excellent market rate.
